Where are those places today — the ones that look like Nantucket in 1970? Ethnic neighbourhoods were important in many past cities and remain common in cities today. We must expand our knowledge, skills and abilities to figure out new and better ways to help our network organizations navigate the waters of change and ensure that we are working to be part of the solution.
